Homemade health

Mega here. The doctor told me that I have to be healthier, decrease my stress, workout more, and eat better.  

I love to eat the skin off chicken and lots of fat. I don’t think I would be able to survive on just health. 

Luckily- Jeremy came to the rescue! One morning, while I was still in zombie mode - he made me scrambled eggs with lots of veggies (like water crest) and peanuts to make it an Asian-ie style egg. On top, he put my absolute favorite!!! Roasted seaweed.  

it was healthy and delicious. 


He also makes me coffee in the morning. I am one lucky gal!
